    Company Information: Horton, Inc., a global airflow industry leader in reliability, service and innovation has an opening for an CRM System Admin/Enterprise Applications Manager to work in our Roseville Corporate Headquarters.

     

    Position Summary: Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Information Technology, the CRM System Admin / Enterprise Applications Manager will be responsible for Horton’s Enterprise IT Applications including but not limited to: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Oracle EBS and Microsoft SharePoint. Activities will include CRM Configuration and enhancements, project management, employee management, strategic planning, end-user support and vendor management. This role will have 4 direct reports that specialize in specific product stacks. Interaction with non-technical departments, the ability to gather system requirements and suggest technology solutions are a must. Must be a strong communicator with the ability to lead others and manage multiple projects at the same time. This working manager position is part of the IT leadership team at Horton and involves both hands-on responsibilities for the CRM application and management responsibilities for the other enterprise applications.

     

    Expect a 50/50 split between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration and other Application Management activities.

     

    Responsibilities

    JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Microsoft CRM Administration or similar applications
    • Project Management
    • Employee Management
    • Ability to troubleshoot a variety of technology issues
    • Strong customer service, time management, and written/verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work with and train technical and non-technical persons

    JOB SKILLS DESIRED:

    • Microsoft CRM Configuration
    • Microsoft SharePoint configuration
    • Project Management certification
    • Experience with Oracle
    • Experience with project management methodologies

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 4 year Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business related field
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar application
    • Experience Managing at team of application specialist
    • Experience managing IT projects through all segments of the software development lifecycle

    Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.  Relocation allowance may be provided if the individual has all of the necessary qualifications.
