Provide strategic leadership and management of all on-highway Horton fan drive portfolio globally. Responsible for collaborating with sales, engineering and operations to support existing products over their lifecycle. Engage with customers, sales and marketing to identify and champion short- and long-term investments in new products to ensure key customer and market needs are met. Identify growth opportunities within current segments as well as adjacencies, and develop business case for investment.
Candidate should be experienced and well-grounded in technical background as it pertains to managed products. Solid understanding of the market, its evolution and needs for new products and features is a must. Candidate should be experienced in using Voice of Customer techniques to understand needs for new products and features, and set direction for future product evolution to capture growth opportunities.
3+ years of product management experience or technical experience in a related product line preferred.

A four-year college degree with a preference for engineering as a specific background is preferred. Note: equivalent education equals 2 years of closely related experience for 1 year of education.
