Performs normal duties as well as lead person duties. Lead person duties include assisting internal employees and outside customers, engage and direct team with communication on improvement projects, completing documentation, scheduling and leading production, and coordinating training. Lead person must also maintain a thorough understanding of and adhere to company policies and procedures and give input to area manager as required. Problem solving skills are essential in order to keep plant running in absence of Area Manager
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Good communication skills both verbally and written. Attendance, quality, productivity and behavior will also be considered.
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Relocation allowance may be provided if the individual has all of the necessary qualifications.
