Horton, Inc., has an opening for a Pricing Analyst to work in our Roseville, MN location. This is an onsite position Monday-Friday.

Position Summary:

Working with general direction from VP, Global Market Development and in close collaboration with Horton sales, finance, and product management personnel, analyze product cost, margin targets, competitive pricing, and other data sources to develop and implement pricing strategies that help Horton meet profitability targets.

Pricing Analyst Responsibilities:

• Assess data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.
• Maintain Oracle price lists.
• Prepare customer price files for periodic price adjustments.
• Maintain Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system for new business quotations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies.
• Conduct impact analysis of various pricing strategies.
• Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to executives, marketing teams, and sales staff.
• Keep informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends.
• Travel is required about 10-15% of the time.
• As with everyone on the team, other duties may be assigned in order to support the overall success of the company.

Pricing Analyst Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a business field, mathematics, or statistics
• 2-4 years of analytical experience is required
• Relevant experience could be in marketing, financial analysis, or operations. 
• Experience in organizing information from varying sources and manipulating large amounts of data is required.
• Must be able to show legal authorization to work in the United States.  No Visa sponsorship provided. 

Additional Information:

The estimated hiring range for this position is $74,000 - $88,000 per year plus bonus. Compensation will increase within the range based on experience and qualifications.
